The son of Mexican drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán has been kidnapped in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, according to reports.
Jesús Alfredo Guzman Salazar, 29, and several others were taken at gunpoint by seven men as they partied at the upscale restaurant La Leche on Monday.
Jalisco Attorney General Eduardo Almaguer said in a Tuesday press conference that there was a total of six victims, all men who "were not tourists or residents who work in legal activities."
Almaguer added "they were people tied to a criminal group we can very clearly presume."
The names of three others who were kidnapped were also released on Tuesday, making four total identifications of the six men who were abducted, according to NBC News.
Authorities are reportedly finding it difficult to identify each man, as Almaguer said "several of them had false identities."
Although the attorney general did not include his name among the missing, the Guman family's attorney Pablo Badillo said earlier that it was "very likely" that El Chapo's eldest son Ivan Archivaldo, CNN reports.
Details surrounding the kidnapping are reportedly still under investigation, however Almageur said that the kidnappers were involved with a "criminal group," which he refused to identify.
