Jennifer Lopez has acquired a new home described as one of the best houses in all of Los Angeles. The mansion was going for $40 million, however, the singer got it at $28 million. According to TMZ’s real estate sources, the prior owner, Sela Ward, was asking $40 million, but Jennifer snagged it for a very good price.
