Beyoncé, 35, hasn't posted on social media in two weeks, prompting her fans to believe she has already or is in the process of welcoming twins with hubby Jay Z, 47.
Security was also spotted at an LA hospital, adding more fuel to speculation Blue Ivy is going to be a big sister any minute now.

When the twins do arrive, they will be welcomed in style. The "Lemonade" singer spent $500,000 on an over-the-top nursery that features walk-in closets, a $20,000 mural on the ceiling, and a movie theater.
"Bey and Jay knocked out a wall between two bedrooms to create a master suite-size nursery inside their LA home,” said a source. "The twins will have matching cribs and rockers and designer sheets totaling $30,000, plus a $50,000 state-of-the-art sound system."
