Mother of five dies after allegedly Jumping out of a moving car to escape her abusive husband

A woman died Tuesday morning after she reportedly jumped out of a moving car on Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, allegedly to get away from the driver, her husband Michael Muller.

Brianne King Muller, 33, was in the passenger seat, with Michael behind the wheel, when she opened the door and threw herself from the vehicle, police confirmed. The mother of five suffered a fatal head injury, according to her family’s GoFundMe page.
Michael, who has had several domestic violence and child abuse charges against him, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. Oklahoma City authorities are calling Brianne’s death “suspicious,” but it is not clear if Michael will face charges in his wife’s death. It is not clear how he plead in the outstanding felony warrant case.

“He tore her down from the strong-willed person I knew. He made her believe that she was a horrible person,” Brianne’s best friend Samantha Searle told KFOR-TV. “These babies talk about how their daddy hurt their mommy, like it’s a normal part of life that’s supposed to happen.”
According to Jennifer Morgan, another friend, Brianne would often confide in loved ones about fearing death at the hands of her abusive husband.

“I just wish there would have been some way to break her to where she … break her from him. She told us lots of times she was going to die. She was afraid,” Morgan told KFOR-TV.
