Hafsat Fawehinmi-Oni, one of the children of late Nigerian activist and constitutional lawyer Gani Fawehinmi, has opened a hospital in honour to mark Gani’s 78th posthumous birthday.
The hospital located in Agbara Estate, Ogun State, will be subsidised, Hafsat said.
Hafsat launched the hospital on Friday 22nd of April.
She said that was Gani’s wish for her. She said Gani willed the land to her.
The Gani Fawehinmi Memorial Hospital will cater to the health needs of Nigerians at affordable rates, she said.
The hospital was opened yesterday with free medical checks for those in attendance.
