Chelsea wins English premier league title 2017

 Chelsea have been crowned champions for the sixth time in their history.

Antonio Conte’s side have won the Premier League after a late goal by Michy Batshuayi secured the title with a 1-0 win over West Brom.

The £33million striker who has spent most of the season on the bench, came to Chelsea’s rescue on 81 minutes - just five minutes after replacing Pedro as a substitute .
