Tiwa Savage who just signed a new deal with Music mogul, Jay Z’s Roc Nation label, shared a short video compilation of her US tour on her Instagram page and in no time, fans were quick to see that she made the Roc sign.
The sign has been famously used by Jay Z and music acts associated with him and his record label, and some people strongly believe it is a sign of an occultic group called Illuminati.
It is made by holding out your palms while touching both your thumbs and index fingers forming a triangle.
It has been called by different names – the roc sign, the Diamond, the pyramid, triangle etc
But what does the sign really mean? This is the only other explanation we could find apart from the Illunimati theory;
It is a symbol of Roc Nation’s logo which is a diamond. It has been said that they choose a diamond as the logo because they believed their first album will go diamond. The diamond shape continues to be used as a reminder of the label’s goals and accomplishments
Beyoncé in an interview with Tyra Banks in 2012 also explained that the Roc sign she made during the Superbowl was a shout out to her husband and his company.
