Fashion blogger recreates Met Gala looks using foil, paper and plastic bags and the results are hilarious

As most of us drooled over the many to-die-for outfits celebrities were rocking at the Met Gala, hosted in New York on Monday, one man had other ideas. Lol

Joao Paulo, a blogger from Salvador in Brazil, went viral after he hilariously recreated many looks that the ball had to offer.


From Karlie Kloss’s long white gown to Nicki Minaj’s black straps, Joao has created his own versions of the most striking outfits using everyday items such as tin foil, paper and plastic bags.

His photos have only been up on his Instagram – where he has over 400,000 followers – for one day, but each image has already received over 10,000 likes each.
