Acting FIFA president caught sleeping at his first news conference

Acting FIFA president, Issa Hayatou made his first media appearance at a press conference in Zurich but was caught snoozing off in the midway.The 69 year old Cameroonian had a kidney transplant three weeks ago.
There has been widespread reaction on social media, many hailing him for having the guts to sleep at his own press conference and others wondering if he is fit for the position.
